David Gallegos

David Gallegos, age 67, of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2025, at his home. A Celebration of Life will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Pineapples Restaurant in Scottsbluff. Cremation has taken place per his wishes. David was born December 11, 1958, in Phoenix, Arizona to Gilbert and Josie (Ramos) Gallegos. He graduated from Scottsbluff High School.

David participated in the Eagles Boxing Club and taekwondo before he was injured in an unexpected accident. He was then disabled the remainder of his life.

David enjoyed riding his bike and being outdoors. Playing the guitar was one of his favorite hobbies. He was always eager to help others.

Survivors include siblings, Gilbert Gallegos Jr., Rose Gallegos, Richard Gallegos, Debbie (Francisco) Subias, and Paul Gallegos; sister-in-law, Linda Gallegos; many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by parents, Gilbert and Josie Gallegos; sister, Gloria Gallegos; brother, Daniel Gallegos.
