Kenneth Kroll

Kenneth J. Kroll, 71, of Gering, died the morning of Saturday, August 6, 2022, at his home.  Cremation has taken place in accordance with his wishes and services are pending. Ken was born August 17, 1950, in Wausau, Wisconsin to Joseph and Shirley Mae (Sauter) Kroll.

Ken married Dale LaPierre and to this union one son, Steven, was born.  The couple later divorced.

He was a skilled craftsman and enjoyed building furniture out of old barnwood. Ken brought new life to homes he remodeled and restored beauty to antique cars. He liked off-roading when he wasn’t busy with carpentry work.

Survivors include his son, Steven Kroll of Loveland, Colorado; sister, Sharon Kroll of Florida; three grandchildren; special companion, Marsha Ament; along with several aunts, uncles, extended family members and friends.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents.
