Ronnie was born November 11, 1967, in Bridgeport, Connecticut to Michael Bernard and Darlene Lecza-Bernard. He was active in Boy Scouts and Civil Air Patrol during his youth and teenage years. He began a trucking career in Germany, a profession he continued when he returned to Nebraska following his honorable discharge from the Army. He later moved to Gillette, Wyoming and then Rapid City where he remained driving trucks.

Ronnie will be dearly missed, and forever remembered as a fun-loving guy who always had a smile to share.
