Tiffany Jean Colwell

Tiffany Jean Colwell, 44, of Wheatland, Wyoming, died Thursday, August 24, 2023, at Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Cremation has taken place and no services will be held in accordance with Tiffany’s wishes. Tiffany was born July 5, 1979, in Casper, Wyoming. She graduated from Hulett High School in Hulett, Wyoming.

Tiffany made a career in the construction industry until a tragic fall accident that left her severely injured and disabled. She proved to be a very strong-willed lady and continued to do as much as she could despite living with pain for the remainder of her life.

She enjoyed fishing and was a very talented writer. Tiffany created beautiful poetry, some of which had been accepted for publication prior to her untimely passing. Tiffany was also an amazing artist. She created stunning self portraits of herself and had a fascination with eyes.

Survivors include her daughters, Kaylyn Colwell and Madison Delozier; son, Payton Colwell; granddaughter, Jayde; brothers, Michael (Kristy) Colwell and James Colwell; close friend and companion, John Tuttle; as well as other extended family members and her best friends.

Tiffany was preceded in death by her mother, Phyllis Dickey; and step-father, Tadd Dickey.
